Price of Indo-MIM Shares Today: Latest Live Updates on Stock Market. The price of Indo-MIM shares climbed up to Rs 724 on the NSE by 11:46 am IST on July 30, climbing up by Rs 24 (3.43%) from the opening price of the stock at Rs 700 and by Rs 239 (49.28%) from the issue price of Rs 485. With the rise in intraday price up to Rs 725.80, the gain of the stock against the issue price was brought near to 49.65%, and it remained positive throughout the day.

Considering the prevailing price, the market capitalization of Indo-MIM comes to about Rs 35,800 crore, considering the total number of outstanding equity shares of 49.45 crore post the offer issue, from around Rs 34,762 crore at the opening price. However, the volume weighted average price (VWAP) of Rs 707.72 for the stock is lower than its last traded price, which suggests that there has been consistent buying in the stock despite its initial spike.

The performance of the company is also in contrast with a mixed broader market, where the BSE Sensex had been more or less flat at -3.85 points and BSE Bankex has declined 0.64%, whereas BSE’s Focused IT Index is up by 1.13% as of 11:47 am IST.

IPO Subscription Recap: Institutional Demand Led the Book

This Rs 3,811.21 crore public issue was successfully bid for 72.34 times. This QIB category has been subscribed 204.34 times while the NII category has been subscribed 50.63 times. The RII category has been subscribed 6.67 times.

The subscription for the employee reservation category stood at 9.44 times. Before the launch of its initial public offering, Indo-MIM had already received Rs 1,140.99 crore from the anchor investors. Half of the anchor shares will be locked in till August 27 while the other half will be locked in till October 26.

Rs 461-485 per share has been decided as the price band by the company while the issue price stands at the upper end of the price band.

Promoter Holding and Use of IPO Proceeds

According to the SEBI-furnished Prospectus, on July 27, the promoter firm, Green Meadows Investments Ltd., will have 76.32% stake of Indo-MIM after offer in the higher price range, compared to 90.44% before offer. The total promoter stake, including the other promoters Krishna Chivukula and Jagadamba Chandrasekhar, is around 77.65% after listing.

Of the Rs 500 crore gross Fresh Issue, Rs 14.56 crore will go towards issue-related expenses, leaving net proceeds of Rs 485.44 crore. Rs 400 crore of that is earmarked for repayment or prepayment of borrowings, comprising close to 33% of the company’s Rs 1,212.35 crore aggregate consolidated debt as of May 31, 2026, with the balance of Rs 85.44 crore set aside for general corporate purposes, capped at 25% of gross Fresh Issue proceeds under SEBI norms.

FY26 Financial Performance

Indo-MIM’s total income rose 28.1% year-on-year to Rs 4,320.70 crore in FY26, from Rs 3,373.97 crore in FY25. Profit after tax increased 25.9% to Rs 533.54 crore, up from Rs 423.73 crore a year earlier. Exports remained the dominant revenue driver at 77.2% of FY26 revenue, or Rs 3,236.97 crore, with North America alone contributing nearly 44% of the total.
